Opti-Trans�
was developed not only for hospitals in which transport staff
provide services on foot but also for hospitals owning a fleet
of ambulances and/or other vehicles. Transport requests can
be booked by any hospital department over the hospital intranet
system using a web browser. Since the system is connected to
the HIS, part of the booking information is automatically retrieved
from the HIS (e.g. patient data), and therefore does not have
to be entered manually in the order form. |
